VP/Director-level construction operations and project management professional with 30+ years in the Heavy Civil Construction Field is seeking a fulfilling new job opportunity. This individual has numerous certifications, including a Project Management certification, various OSHA certifications, US Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors, and American Institute of Concrete (ACI), among others. This candidate it currently working as the Director of Field Operations for a national utilities full-service contractor, where he leads projects for open pipe installation for water and sewage lines, managing projects from budgeting, hiring and training of staff, purchasing of all project equipment, and leading numerous projects totaling over $120M. The bulk of his experience is in a Vice President of Operations role for 18 years, overseeing new construction projects and gaining well-rounded experience, including construction of highway exit ramps, pipelines, roadways, concrete, excavation, sheeting operations, span bridges, ADA ramps primarily for commercial buildings, and other restoration projects, such as the rebuild after Hurricane Sandy. He's willing to commute to Bergen or Rockland County.
